I love this show sooooo much!!! This cast is just wonderful. The writing is so good! The direction was awesome! The editing was stellar! Jeff returns! An Infidels ringtone! I want one (even though i don't know how to install ringtones!). I came home after a long day of work, started my itunes up for some relaxing music and I see the podcast icon doing the little spin-around not realizing what joy was awaiting me until I realized it was a big file. What could it be? I went to Recently Added and saw an unfamiliar Burg title on my playlist and the length. Needless to say, it felt like Christmas morning! So without getting over critical like I did last ep, I just want to simply congratulate all of you an excellent first season and thank you again for sharing these amazing shows with me. Now I will share a true, weird, and funny story with you. A few weeks ago I was in Bushwick working on a TV pilot. My co-worker dumped me off at the L train since I needed to transfer at Union Square to get home. So I fire up my ipod to listen to Apes and Androids, which I became a fan of after watching a Burg ep. Songs are playing in my "The Burg Tunes" playlist. And just as the train pulls into Lorimer or Bedford(I don't remember which), Satellite begins playing and on the L train boards one Thom Woodley! It was eerie and at the same time amusing. I didn't say anything to him because it had the potential to be an extremely awkward moment. But I was thinking to myself, "Dude, your band is great and I love "The Burg" an awful lot! because he sitting directly across from me. No eye contact, but I wonder if he faintly heard his tune. I am not making this up. So there you have it. I manifested the Burg co-creator through the magic of iPod.

I was a little confused by this episode, usually the title of the episodes have a double meaning like in "hood"- jed was moving to a new hood and maya was friends with hoods. the episode "single" had the double meaning with jed's new single for see monkey do and for xander's web show "singled"...and in the episode "training" the L train was out of service and the parties they had been going to before awesome pete's party were all training for that party....and so on. But did I miss the double meaning in this episode? Or is it just that it was a show and it also was an abbreviation for whatever xander said it was but he said that the "the" was silent (S.T.H.O.W). It just kinda left me hanging. I still love this podcast so much. but this episode was a sad one, and a short one. It just didn't flip my switch, but I'll be patient and wait for the next episode for some greatness, cuz I know you guys really have something great here with this show. keep it up!

Count me in as loving the group hug...even in spite of Early's exclusion. The guy's homeless...I love him, and I'd hug him, but I can see why our anti-hipster heroes wouldn't. Big thank yous to Kathleen, Thom, Kelli, Bob, Lindsey, Matt, Jeff, Chris and the whole Burg gang for an amazing season of ironic neo-con fucking! Hurry back from hiatus, guys!

" how is that working for you" . I liked the group hug and I hope it's not the last one. But i can't be too happy about anything until they agree to put Imus back on TV. Arrrooooooooooo

you guys rock. allkindsarocking.
I fear... the whole mention of 'being left to make stuff for our friends' is hinting at the nearing end of the burg! Please sayitaintso! I dont know how you pay for everything... but maybe, maybe maybe, we could have a little IRL benefit for y'all boys and grrls.
everytime a new episode hits, I smile a big smile... I'd be willing to work to keep that going :-)

Thank GOD this section is up and running again. Most of the fruit in my bowl is inedible I've waited so long. But now my bananas can be used for shakes or banana bread, so that's cool.
