CAST
Our regular cast includes: Kelli Giddish (Courtney), Matt Yeager (Xander), Lindsey Broad (Spring), Bob McClure (Jed), and Jeff Skowron (Ryan).
Guest appearances for this episode include: Julia Wiedeman (Beatrice, the sidewalk vendor), Amanda Axelrod (Coffee Shop Girl), and Alexis Hyatt (Xander’s Ex-Girlfriend). Thom and his dog Humphrey appear in the Pita commercials. And before anyone gets mad about the make-up, it’s non-toxic and non-scented, and Humphrey loved it.
Matt Yeager (writer, Xander) blogs at www.howtopayrent.com. It’s funny stuff.
HOOD
Myspace was shot completely in Brooklyn. The café scenes were shot at Atlas Café on the corner of Havemeyer and Grand. They make fantastic coffee! And Walter, the owner, is the best. We owe him special thanks. The bar scenes were shot at Capone’s on North 9th Street (www.caponesbar.com). They’ll give you a free pizza with every drink purchase after 6pm! That’s one helluva bargain. The Infidels show was filmed at Asterisk.
CREW
Our Director of Photography was indie filmmaker Joel Fendelman (www.joelfendelman.com). His short documentary Band of Sisters just premiered at the Miami International Film Festival.
Ana Veselic was our editor. We got crew help from Tom Jordan, Daniel Burress, and Shawn Dempewolff-Barrett. Thom, Johnny North, Kathy and Ana also shot some scenes.
